Our high speed document folding and inserting machine is one of our most used pieces of equipment. This machine allows a wide range of envelope sizes and supports two folding stations that can each fold a single page document.
In addition, one of the folding stations can be configured to fold up to four pages of collated material. A third station acts as a feeder for return envelopes, pre-folded flyers, or similar materials. All of these documents are then inserted into an envelope.

If properly prepared, we can fold and/or insert up to four pages simultaneously. The cost per thousand increase by $1.00 for each additional pieces to be folded or inserted.
